Monday, Aug. 29
No-flight day
P-3 aircraft access: 8am to 4pm
ER-2 aircraft access: 8am to 4pm
Forecast/flight planning meeting: 1pm
Pilot orientation meeting: 4pm
All-Hands meeting: 5pm

Shuttle schedule:
Hotel to airport:
Every hour, on the hour, 7am to noon
Airport to Hotel: 
Every hour, on the hour, 11am to 4pm

Tuesday, Aug. 30
P-3 flight Day (routine 1)
P-3 access: 6am to 2hrs after landing
ER-2 access: 8am to 5pm

Go/No-Go meeting (Forecasters): 6am
Forecast/flight planning meeting: 8am

Flight Planning meeting 9am
Science team tag-up meeting (communicating flight plan for next day): 5pm
