0415 - Science Go/No-go (via WhatsApp message)
0930 - F&FP in Bldg. 201
1600 - Flight debrief/brief after both aircrafts land at Hangar 8, conference room.
P-3 Timeline:
0430 - P-3 Access and power on (if no-go, revert to 0800-1630
access)
0500 - Flight Safety video for any new flyers
0630 - Tow out
0645 - Power back on
0700 - Combo P-3/GIII preflight brief at Hangar 8, conference room.
0730 - Doors close
0800 - Takeoff
~TBD - Land
G-III Timeline: If no-go, instrument access 0800 - 1200
0700 -Tow/fuel
0715 - Show
0810 - Door close
0830 - Takeoff

General reminders/information:
Here are some general reminders and information to consider while planning your schedules for closeout at the end of this deployment.
- Clean your rooms and leave the keys in the door before departing. Leave any luggage in the closet or bring it to the hangar for packing or storing in the locked room.
- For those not returning, please return the meal cards to ESPO or place them in the drop boxes located at Dundas Buffet after breakfast on the morning of departure. Otherwise, keep them for round 2.
- Pack all instrument support equipment back into their cases and stow them along the hangar walls. The hangar may be needed for military emergencies, so we need to keep the space clear.
- Store all ESPO tables, chairs, power strips, and cords in their crates or boxes.
