General reminders:
Fill out the Google Doc with your team’s de-installation plans for the P-3 so we can all plan accordingly.
If you plan to rent a car at Wallops, note that Enterprise at SBY airport closes at 10:30 p.m., and AVIS closes at 10pm on Fridays.
Review Dan’s email titled “ARCSIX 2nd Deployment close out” for additional information about the end of the deployment process. ESPO will follow up with additional details.
Only essential cargo approved by ESPO and the C-130 loadmaster, such as toolboxes or items needed for P-3 de-installation, will return during transit. All other items will ship via the military cargo route, which may take a few weeks. Best case scenario, your cargo will arrive at Wallops on the 1st or 2nd week of September. I will update folks on the status of their cargo once it is enroute.
