2100: Aircrew Rest Begins (Monday, August 7)

0700: MX Pre-flight Start
0800: Start Science Instrument Pre-flight

0900: Aircrew Show / Crew Brief (Base Ops)

0915: Pre-flight Brief (Building 206 Hangar Floor)
1015: Doors Close
1035: Engine Start
1050: Taxi
1100: Takeoff
1642: Land

1712: Debrief (Building 206 Hangar Floor)

NASA LaRC GIII (Flight #16)

0630: Mx show

0645: Aircrew show

0715: Pre-flight brief with GIII flyers (Gulfstream hut)

0825: Door close

0945: Takeoff (4 hour flight Toronto or NYC–decision by 0530)

1500: Land WPAFB

Landing + 15 minutes: Plane side debrief

NASA JSC GV (Flight #10)

0600: Mx show

0745: Pre-flight brief with GV flyers (Gulfstream hut)

0900: Takeoff (7-8 hour flight over Chicago –go/no go decision by 0530)

1630: Land WPAFB

Landing + 15 minutes: Plane side debrief

• Gate 12A (Chidlaw Ave): Daily 24 hours​
