-Verify that your arrival date is correct, if you are listed as having a CAC card, but do not, proceed to the Main Gate.
-If you are escorted on base, you will be asked to leave a form of documentation, leave your driver license, not your passport. You will need it to obtain you base ID.
-You must wear a face mask until you receive a negative PCR result.

  • Keep ESPO (preferably via WhatsApp) informed of your arrival and transit to the base so that we can meet you at the gate and escort you on base.

Due to increased COVID cases in Texas and concerns about COVID cases impacting everyone’s international travel.  ACCLIP is making it a project requirement that everyone wear masks when social distancing is not possible.  This includes the hangar and when working with mechanics near the plane.
