ACCLIP 07/27/21 Mission Daily Schedule
POD, Tuesday July 27th

BADGING:

  • To reiterate what Mallory discussed regarding the Technical Readiness Review (TRR), please inform her of your instrument team’s representative by tomorrow morning if you have not already done so, this way she can introduce you to the committee during the TRR.
    • The TRR is scheduled to begin at 09:00 in the hangar floor, it will continue through Room 110, and end with building 994.
    • To avoid crowding, please remain by your instrument during the TRR and do not follow the committee.
    • Please keep your instrument brief short: no more than 2-3 minutes.
    • Instruments can remain closed, but teams should be ready to open them if asked. Large instruments can remain on their pallets.
  • Building 110 at JSC Main Campus is open from 0600 – 1730, ensure that you have obtained a PIN.
  • Place your orders for t-shirts by COB Wednesday.

Reminders:
  • Wearing a mask is optional for vaccinated personnel, and mandatory for anyone not vaccinated. If you don’t wear a mask it is an assertion that you are fully vaccinated.
  • Physical distancing (wearing a mask) is mandatory for anyone not vaccinated.
  • MANDATORY: Perform your daily covid self-assessments checks at the hotel BEFORE heading to Ellington (reporting not needed). If you feel that you may have a covid symptom, follow up with your physician and do not come to Ellington Field until cleared. Let ESPO know.
  • MANDATORY: Daily temperature self-check upon arrival @ Ellington (needs to be recorded). There are two stations setup for this purpose. One is in the hangar floor, we have another one in room 201 (second floor corner office of building 990). Upon arrival, measure your temperature, answer the questions accordingly on the log (name, date, time, temp, etc) or digitally via QR code. If your temperature exceeds 100.3°F, leave the premises and consult with your physician. Keep ESPO informed. There are two ways of recording this information: via QR code, or in writing.
  • MANDATORYContact-Tracing Logs (needs to be recorded. We must keep track of personnel access to the different workspaces where we will congregate the most:
    • Bldg 990 /room 110, Bldg 990 / room 201 (cubicles), and 993, etc.
    • You may either use the QR Code  posted at each of the entrances of every workspace or you may send ESPO an email at the end of the day indicating what rooms you have visited that day (include room numbers, date, time of day).
  • By far, the QR code scanning will be the most convenient way for you to provide the information requested above. If you have any questions on how to do this, please see ESPO.
