BioSCape Shipping Overview:
ESPO will facilitate air shipping from Ellington Field (JSC) to Cape Town International Airport. Please read the shipping instructions entirely and let ESPO know if you have any questions or concerns.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Please send your cargo to Ellington Field by September 21, 2023, so it is ready to be packed the following week to Cape Town. It is important to accurately follow these guidelines and to inform/coordinate with ESPO before you send your shipments. Please pack any fragile or sensitive equipment in hard shell cases with plenty of cushioning and avoid shipping loose items whenever possible.
Clearly label all boxes with the following information:
BioSCape
Instrument name
PI's name & phone number
SHIPPING TO ELLINGTON FIELD (JSC)
