Friday Aug 26
- ER-2 take-off 0500 (local)
- 730 am Shuttle leaving Swakopmund
- 1030 am shuttle leaving Airport
- 230 pm (aprox) shuttle leaving Airport
- ESPO meeting arrivals
- 3 pm Forecast/planning meeting
- ER-2 landing ETA 5 pm
NOTE today is a national holiday in Namibia and several state officials will be in town along with lots of vacationers. Reservations will be needed for most sit down restaurants for the end of the week and over the weekend.
 
Saturday Aug 27
- 8am Forecast/planning meeting
- ESPO meeting arrivals
- P-3 takes off from Ascension 8 am (local)
- TBD - VIP visit ER-2 (only pilots & mangers needed)
- P-3 landing ETA 5 pm 
- No ER-2 Instrumenter Access
 
Sunday Aug 28
- 8 am All-hands and pilot orientation meeting at Swakopmund Hotel
- 9 am - 5 pm Aircraft Access both aircraft
- 3 pm Forecast/planning meeting
 
Monday Aug 29
- Hard-down both aircraft
 
Tuesday Aug 30 
- P-3 Science Flight 1
