0645: Pre-CST to begin (may be delayed, per Data-IT)
0730: Payload Cage meeting of Leads
0800: NHK Japanese Film Crew arrives in AFRC Hangar
HIRAD RF Test: To be performed after Pre-CST, time/temp allowing
