STAQS 07/24/23 Mission Daily Schedule
Plan of the Day for July 24 at WPAFB: (all times local)
 
 
- ESPO will be on site at 0800
 
- For this initial arrival, arrive on base any time after 0900 (less traffic at the gate and will give us time to confirm the EAL).
 
- Foreign Nationals, arrive no earlier than 12pm to ensure we have enough escorts on site.
 
- FN and FN escorts will be assigned color coded lanyards, please wear them so that we are always aware of adherence to proper escorting requirements.
 
- ESPO will have a tentative lab floor layout for instruments’ table assignments, you may adjust or swap as needed. See us if you need any extension cords or power strips.
 
- All the cargo is staged in the hangar floor, once you have decided on a setup location, move your equipment there. We have two pallet jacks to help with the move. Place all empty pallets on the designated area.
 
- Instructions for internet and connectivity are posted on the hangar floor area.
 
- We have two fridges (stainless steel) for general food storage (label all your items, if you make a mess, clean it up). We have one fridge (black) for samples.
 
- Remember to wear a reflective vest when outside the hangar.
 
- Gas bottles are located both, inside and outside the hangar. They are all labeled. Bottle transport carts are available around the hangar. Exercise caution and proper safety precautions when handling hazmat and heavy equipment.
 
- Tomorrow afternoon, if you are already on site and have a rental car, we would appreciate the help to get people arriving on the aircraft to the car rental office near WPAFB.
