Status
Airborne Visible Infrared Imaging System (AVIRIS) Visible, Near, and Mid IR  224 channel digital multispectral scanner. Scaleable resolution (5 - 20 m) earth imaging. Dependent on AC altitude . JPL.  Operational - flies on WB-57, ER-2 and Twin Otter.
Cirrus Digital Camera System (DCS) Digital camera system.  Color infrared, natural color and black and white digital imagery. High resolution earth imagery. DFRC.  Operational - flies on ER-2, WB-57 and Twin Otter.
Passive Active L-band System (PALS) 1226 MHz Radar (VV,VH, HH, HV), 1420 MHz Polarimetric Radiometer, time sharing a dual pole, dual frequency planner array antenna. Antenna configuration can be fixed or rotating
Scalable resolution, between 3,000 and 20,000 feet AGL JPL, Aquarius and SMAP test bed. PALS flies on NASA P3, NCAR-C130, and Twin Otter. PALS is also compatible with NASA DC-8
PolSCAT 13.9 GHZ Radar (VV VH, HH, HV) using a rotating antenna
Scalable resolution, between 3,000 and 20,000 feet AGL JPL, PolSCAT flies on NASA P3, NCAR-C130, and Twin Otter and NASA DC-8
